Rafael G. Garza: Rafael G. Garza founded RGG Capital Partners, LLC and Bravo Equity Partners II, L.P. Mr. Garza has over 15 years of U.S. and Mexican cross-border transaction experience and has specialized in private equity investments on M&A.

Hugo Del Pozzo: Hugo Del Pozzo is co-founder of Border Media Partners, one of the portfolio companies. Mr. Del Pozzo has significant cross- border operation experience. Mr. Del Pozzo has spent his career executing strategic alliances, buyouts and assisting high- growth companies.

Charles Cummings: Charles Cummings is former Managing Director of AEA Investors, a buy-out firm founded by the Rockefeller, Harriman and du Pont families. Mr. Cummings has over 20 years of Texas and cross-border transaction experience. In past investments Mr. Cummings has generated net return of 40% on $1.5 Billion of equity.

Kleinheinz Capital Partners: John B. Kleinheinz is founder and manager of Kleinheinz Capital Partners, a global-macro themed hedge fund with over $1.8 Billion under management. Kleinheinz Capital Partners acts as an advisory partner to Bravo.
